Elisabetta Brambilla, President of Eurolabel, won \u201cEntrepreneur of the Year\u201d at the Ori della Stampa awards 2023.<\/p>\n
At the helm of Eurolabel since 2013, Elisabetta is carrying the baton handed off by her mother, Lidia Cattaneo, and has been able to take on the environmental, social and cultural transition of our times, pursuing sustainable goals which have generated a positive impact not only on the market, but also within the company itself.<\/p>\n
She took a new path which led Eurolabel to an industrial change featuring the presence of managerial figures in strategic roles, while retaining the distinctive features of a family company.<\/p>\n
In awareness of the need for sustainable production progress, she inaugurated Eurolabel’s new headquarters in 2021, the company moving from Milan to Lainate. Through careful redevelopment of a production site, a more high-tech, more stimulating, cutting-edge work environment was created, both from an energy efficiency point of view and in terms of optimisation of production processes.<\/p>\n
She welcomed the digital transformation of company processes and set in motion an industry 4.0 transition path which will provide Eurolabel with a rapid increase in efficiency and precision in label printing. She also dealt with market challenges by investing in technology and thus bringing the Eurolabel group to a total of 30 production lines between combined flexo and digital machines.<\/p>\n
With an equitable and inclusive business model, Elisabetta encourages skills development, organising training programs for employees and incentivising young people to enter the world of work, through pro-bono teaching and internships with educational institutes of the world of printing and graphics. Recently, Elisabetta Brambilla has also organised some initiatives inside the company to provide space for particularly current topics, such as environmental sustainability, inclusion and gender equality.<\/p>\n
Also holding the role of President of GIPEA (Gruppo Italiano Produttori Etichette Autoadesive, Italian group of self-adhesive label manufacturers), Elisabetta has brought new energy to the self-adhesive label sector in Italy, establishing important relationships with institutions and some of the biggest trade associations in Europe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
