Gender Equality at Eurolabel

Certification of gender equality confirms the constant commitment that Eurolabel has maintained over the years to build an environment in which equity and inclusion are fundamental values.

Numerous initiatives have been implemented, such as approval of the internal gender equality policy and the establishment of a dedicated steering committee.

Our community, an active part of the path for achieving the certification, was involved in initiatives and workshops which allowed the fundamental aspects of gender equality to be analysed in depth, such as protection of parenthood, gender biases and neutral language.

Certification for gender equality represents more than formal recognition for Eurolabel; it is a commitment to actively promoting a change in our corporate culture and a system of governance attentive to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) topics.
