A quality label is not just the result of a good printing process: it is the outcome of a consultancy-based approach of a team with in-depth knowledge the sector, its dynamics and also its problems.
What is the label’s context of use? What will the environmental impact be? When we analyse the graphic files, we also ask ourselves these questions to choose the raw materials, printing process and embellishments in order to guarantee an excellent and long-lasting result.
Once the feasibility assessment is complete and the technical specifications have been defined, we proceed to set all necessary parameters (resolution, colours and format) to start printing and proceed with the graphical embellishments.
Quality control is a key aspect in production: as well as monitoring printing with cameras and lasers, once the process is complete a quality inspection operative will perform a second check that everything is correct.
Once the print and quality control phases are complete, the labels are delivered to the customer. We track every phase in the process: from the origin of the raw materials, to the quantity of production waste.
