EUROLABEL S.R.L. – Recipient of financing from the NOP on “Enterprises and Competitiveness” 2014-2020/Initiative React-EU
EUROLABEL S.R.L. announces that it has received financial support from the NOP on “Enterprises and Competitiveness” 2014-2020/Initiative React-EU, financed within the scope of the EU’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic thanks to the “Sustainable Investment 4.0” program code IS010872.
Below we present a brief description of the project, its goals, the expected results and the results achieved by the project.
Project Description
Project Title: Sustainable 4.0 Investments
Program Code: IS0108723
Project Goal
The scope of the EUROLABEL S.R.L. project was the purchase of cutting-edge machinery, systems and equipment to increase productivity and optimise the use of resources, both raw materials and energy. More specifically, the incorporation of two new, high-performance modular machines was a key component. These machines will allow for custom configuration and future reconfiguration, providing an effective response to the changing needs of the market. Moreover, the installation of a solar PV system on the roof allowed greater energy independence to be achieved, reducing electricity costs and decreasing the company’s environmental footprint.
Expected Results
The EUROLABEL S.R.L. project involves the following expected results thanks to the sustainable investment and the incorporation of new machines and the solar PV system:
- Increased production capacity: Increased production volume of self-adhesive labels thanks to greater speed and efficiency of the new machines.
- Reduced time-to-market: acceleration of production and delivery times to customers of our labels, improving reactivity to market requests.
- Improved product quality: guaranteeing more accurate and continuous quality control, reducing waste and defects thanks to self-calibration and continuous monitoring of the machines.
- Energy sustainability: reducing the company’s environmental impact through self-production of renewable energy, decreasing CO2 emissions and energy costs.
- Optimisation of production processes: implementing more efficient and automated management of the phases in production, reducing Work in Progress (WIP) and improving order management.
- Improved competitiveness: strengthening the capacity to adapt to market changes and access new customer segments thanks to flexibility and modularity of new machines.
- Reduced operating costs: decreasing energy management and production costs, increasing the overall profitability of the company.
- Support with the environmental transition: helping meet environmental sustainability goals through the use of cutting-edge technologies and renewable energy sources.
Goals Reached
- Increased productivity: rapid response to market requirements and reduced time-to-market
- Reduced energy costs: use of renewable energy with the solar PV system
- Improved competitiveness: adaptability to new market requirements
- Optimisation of processes: continuous assessment and automation for the improvement of production processes
